This is why the Internet was invented, people. After news broke that IHOP (International House of Pancakes for the uninitiated) changed it’s name to IHOb (International House of Burgers), fast food burger chains couldn’t just sit on the sidelines. Wendy’s weighed on, but it was Burger King that decided to really burn IHOP, I mean IHOb, on social media.
“Pancake King.” Has a nice right to it, don’t you think? Burger King even changed their cover photo to this for a while:
Steam-umm got in on the action as well.
Time will tell where this food marketing war will go next…
