These Dogs Are Not Happy About Younger Siblings Intruding on Their Lives

Sibling rivalry isn’t limited to human beings. Trust us on this one…

Or maybe you already know that if you have more than one dog in your household.

Whichever dog was there first USED to live the good life. All the belly rubs they could possibly handle, non-stop attention from everyone who happened to be in the house.

And now…this…

You can tell from these photos that these dogs are NOT feeling it with these younger siblings. In fact, some of them seem downright aggravated.

Let’s take a look…

1. The look of defeat.

Might as well get used to it…

Photographer’s Dog Portraits Are Simply Great

Unleashed Fur is a pet photography company located in Idaho and they do incredible work.

Each photo is totally unique, beautiful, and really gets to the essence of each individual dog.

Which is important, because, if you’re a dog lover, you know how different each pooch really is and how every single one has a great and original personality.

Let’s take a look at the work from Unleashed Fur.

I think you’re going to be very impressed. We know we are! These are great!

I think many of us know all too well the feeling of one day having a dog who is playful and energetic to one that has limited time. It's a crushing, helpless, punch in the gut. I know there's so much going on in our world right now but please keep Bella and her owner in your thoughts. She was a little tired during her photo shoot but I think we got some really sweet photos for her pretty little face. . . . . . #dogs #dogsofinstagram #boisepetphotographer #instagram #boise #westie #puppy #dog #petphotography #petphotographer #westiesofinstagram #cutedog #ellendegeneres #theellenshow #adoptdontshop #furryfriend #kathrynalbertsonpark #photooftheday #boisephotographer #dogphotoshoot #pawsup #dogphotography #professionalpetphotography #iamboise #dogsarethebest #canonusa #canon #weirddog #dogphotographer #waterfall

“My House, Not My Cat” Photos Feature Kitties Who Show up in the Houses of Random People

When I was young, there was a cat that would follow me home down my street almost every day.

His name was Fritz and I knew he lived somewhere on my street, I was just never sure which family he belonged to. Fritz would follow me all the way to my front door and then he would stand and stare at me with a look on his face that said, “well, are you gonna invite me in, or what?”

I never did because we had other pets in the house, but my point is that if cats want to make a new friend or get into someone’s home, they’ll do their damndest to get it done. Fritz got pretty close, but it just didn’t happen…

But these cats definitely got inside the houses of complete strangers!

I have a feeling these people might have new, permanent houseguests from this point on.

These Animals Are Probably Having a Worse Day Than You

Believe it or not, animals have bad days just like we do.

Sometimes they forget to pay their bills, or their phone breaks, or they get pulled over and receive a speeding ticket…

Okay, none of those things are true, but sometimes they do get into funny situations where they are inconvenienced, and for a pet, that’s NOT a good day.

Not good at all…

They just want to eat, sleep, run around, and then chill with you on the couch at night when you watch TV.

They really do have the life, don’t they…?

But these animals got tripped up and had days, as you’re about to see.

Let’s take a look…

1. Time to go to the vet.

This cat won’t do that again.

My friends cat got it’s head stuck in a vase, freaked out, broke the vase, and was left with this. from pics

2. Awwww. Poor fella.

You broke his heart.

3. You know what you did.

And you’re going to pay!

I kicked over my cats milk and had no replacement. He sat opposite me as I ate my dinner looking at me like this. from funny

4. I’m falling!

But you’ll be able to get up.

=D from holdmycatnip

5. We got ya!

This is amazing, if I do say so myself.

Smile and wave boys from AnimalsBeingJerks

6. Hahahaha. Wow.

I can’t say I’ve ever seen anything like that before.

7. Came right back in!

Wasn’t expecting that to happen.

This is my cat after trying to run out the door….. Into a wall of snow. from aww

8. That is pretty creepy.

Put on some pants!

My friend’s cat had surgery and now he has no pants from funny

9. OH MY GOD.

How the hell did that happen?

Bought a couch from Craigslist, heard noises coming from it after bringing it home. Cut it open and found a cat from funny

10. Almost got away with it.

But you got stuck!

My dog managed to get into a pack of frozen fish fillets and he would’ve gotten away with it if he didn’t get stuck and had to come to me for help from AnimalsBeingDerps

11. This is not cool at all.

Pouting the rest of the day.

My friends dog is not happy about leaving the dog park early! from funny

12. Burned whiskers.

Be careful around the stove!

When you love the smell of bacon but get a little too close to the frying pan on the stove… from Wellthatsucks

13. You’re gonna do WHAT to me?

Uh oh…

My friend took her cat to get fixed and his face shows exactly his thoughts about it from funny

14. That is epic.

Now go get him out!

15. Your goat has a trampoline?

That’s pretty wild…

Goat seeking trampoline from AnimalsBeingDerps

How about you?

Do your dogs and cats ever really BLOW IT and then get upset?

Or maybe they just do funny, ridiculous stuff that makes you chuckle?

Either way, tell us about it in the comments and share some pics with us!

Killing a House Centipede is NOT a Good Idea

You’re gonna want to pay attention to this.

Countless house centipedes have met their fates at the receiving end of a rolled-up magazine, a cup, or a shoe.

But they’re getting a bum rap.

While they’re indeed creepy and crawly, and they’ve certainly sent the heartiest of us out a room screaming, they’re good to have around. If you can get past your squeamishness, it’s best to let them live.

Centipedes are on a constant search for their next meal. They dine on mostly unseen and more problematic insects, including silverfish, termites, moths, flies, and cockroaches.

House centipedes can have anywhere from 15 to 177 pairs of legs, depending on the species. They use them to stun and capture prey with a technique called “lassoing.” With the pair closest to their head, they poison their victims with venom and wrap themselves around the dying insect for a satisfying meal. This bug is also one of the few that doesn’t have a nest or web and isn’t problematic in terms of disease or destruction to your home.

If you can’t live with house centipedes, the best defense is a good offense.

Start by getting rid of their food. This means reducing moisture with a fan or dehumidifier, sealing off cracks where pests are prone to settle and lay eggs, and keeping trash indoors to a minimum.

Sure, the occasional centipede will still find his way in, no matter what you do. Just resist the urge to whack one out clean out of existence. You’ll reap the benefits of fewer pests and walk away with improved karma.

Do centipedes make you uncomfortable? Let us know in the comments below!
