This Hand-Made Darth Vader Grill Will Ensure Your Next BBQ Is a Big Hit

Summer is almost here and as long as the cicadas don’t get you, that means grilling season!

Star Wars fans take notice, nerd culture is alive and well, and there is a grill or fire pit out there just for you.

Etsy is simply the best for shopping small and finding incredible hand-made crafts, and this grill is no exception.

Artist and entrepreneur Burned by Design from Barnsley in Yorkshire, England has designed a grill and fire pit in the shape of Darth Vader’s helmet.

The charcoal grill is completely unique!

As described by Delish.com:

The grill is about 17.3 by 17.3 by 30.7 inches, and comes with three chrome-plated swivel racks.

and because they are hand-made to order, they take about a month to deliver.

Prices range from in the $600s for a smaller-sized wood burner to the $700s for the Vader grill and all the way up to $1200+ for some of the larger spacecraft-inspired fire pits.

That’s right. You can hang with your friends and watch for meteors seated around your very own Death Star.

And just in case you are more Rebel-Alliance-minded, there is a Millennium Falcon fire pit, too.

Check Out This Awesome Dueling Lightsaber Battle in the Rocky Mountain Snow

Playing in the snow can be hard to resist. Sure it eventually turns to gray muck, and sometimes it needs to be shoveled.

But not being from an area that gets much snow, for me, it’s a little bit magical.

My husband’s favorite childhood memories are of playing football in the snow, and the last time we had a real one, I took the opportunity to build a snow man!

So it’s no wonder that some people in Colorado, who are used to getting plenty of snow, made a little magic of their own last February by engaging in a lightsaber duel.

Apparently, this is not the first time Coloradans have engaged in public Star Wars role play.

It’s not even the second time:

But one particular Friday evening, a young woman named Anghelie Elizabeth posted a video to her Facebook page of two people dressed in black, their swords clacking loudly together as they dueled in the snow.

Sadly, they do not make the electronic sounds you hear in the movies, but it’s still a blast to watch.

You can hear Elizabeth laughing in the background as she zooms in on the dueling duo.

One fighter has a blue saber like Anakin, Luke, and Rey. The other holds an orange lightsaber, which according to May4BeWithYou.com:

In the Star Wars Legends, the only known characters who have used Orange Lightsabers are Master Yaddle and Plo Koon. Both are Jedi but only the former used an Orange saber typically.

The snow definitely makes it epic, but I feel like we need a bombastic soundtrack. Think John Williams is available?

There are like, what, 400 MCU movies now? A few are really excellent, most are pretty good, some are a little ho-hum. But with the huge volume of characters that have been pulled in at this point (not to mention the massive trove of other properties Disney owns), the possibilities for future stories are truly infinite.

Here’s a pitch some Tumblr users put together for an installment that I personally think would blow Ant Man the Wasp out of the water.

“There’s an Ant Man AND a Spiderman?”

Then you pull in that other massive Disney franchise, and things get REAL…

You know they’ll bring Tony back eventually, so… he’s gonna join the fun ASAP.

Just imagine the soundtrack of this thing!

Cue the Guardians of the Galaxy…

Personally, I’m a little burned out on the MCU, but I would see the hell out of this.
