This Dog Has Some Awesome Hair Styles and Costumes

If you’ve never played with a Newfoundland dog before, you’re really missing out.

They are gentle giants with wonderful personalities and they just love humans!

They love humans so much that they don’t even mind getting all decked out in costumes having their hair styled into crazy shapes.

Hank the Newfoundland is one such pooch who has become a bit of a social media darling due to his hilarious get-ups.

This Hairless Cat Might Look Evil, but He’s a Real Sweetheart!

There’s a cat named Xherdan who has thousands of Instagram followers for good reason. He’s simply amazing to look at!

He looks like he’d be some sort of evil genius from a horror or action movie, but, according to his owner, Sandra Filippi, “He is like a child and his personality is very lovely.”

I think I’m in love…

These Newly-Adopted Animals Should Make You Smile

There’s almost nothing on this planet that makes me happier than seeing a newly-adopted animal that is obviously bursting with joy.

You can tell by their faces that they are relieved and happy to be in a loving home and it’s about as pure as pure gets.

This Cat. Perdita. Called "the world’s worst" and "just a jerk" was finally adopted from an animal rescue in Spruce Pine, N.C. This girl was rescued and we have been fostering her for about 5 months. With a big adoption event for our rescue coming up we decided we couldn’t let her go to someone else and decided to make her our Furever Valentine. She has her quirks but has been an overall great girl for us. from aww

A Kansas City Chiefs Player Celebrates Super Bowl Victory by Paying the Adoption Fees for 100+ Shelter Dogs

The Kansas City Chiefs are champions for the first time in 50 years, and one player celebrated by doing something great for his community…and for a whole lot of animals.

Chiefs defensive tackle Derrick Nnadi paid the adoption fees for every dog that was available at the KC Pet Project shelter. The total was more than 100 pooches looking for a forever home.

Tori Fugate of the KC Pet Project said, “KC Pet Project cares for over 10,000 pets a year, so partnerships like this are so wonderful to help our pets find loving, forever homes. We’re thrilled and honored that Derrick Nnadi chose to do this to help us save lives in Kansas City. Our community is on cloud nine following last night’s win and this is such a heartwarming story to go along with this huge victory.”

When Nnadi played college football at Florida State, he adopted a shelter dog named Rocky. He said, “All my life, I always wanted a dog. When I first got him, he was very timid. It made me think of how other animals, whether they’re owned or in a shelter, are feeling scared and alone.”

Nnadi has been active in charity work in both Kansas City and his hometown of Virginia Beach, Virginia, since he joined the NFL in 2018.

And here’s a bonus: the story about Nnadi’s generosity became so popular that TV host Rachael Ray decided to pay for dog food for all the 109 pooches once they get adopted from the KC Pet Project.

I’ve had some cats in my life and each one had their own hilarious personality and their own weird little quirks.

Our first cat Mr. Whiskers was a stray that we took in and he liked to crawl in and out of the neighborhood sewers. I’d be walking home from school and he’d come and greet me by literally crawling out of the sewer. Esmeralda was definitely an indoor cat and she liked to hang out on the back porch and take in as much sun as possible…oh, and she relished in tormenting our dogs.
