Do you know what pareidolia is?

Well, if you don’t know, I’m here to fill you in!

Pareidolia is when you think you see something in an image but it isn’t really there. Like seeing a face on a wall, or seeing Jesus on a piece of toast, or something like that.

We all experience this phenomenon once in a while, and here are some really great examples of what I’m talking about.

Let’s take a look.

1. The hand of death is reaching out for you.

Interesting Examples of People Experiencing Pareidolia

Pareidolia is “the tendency to perceive a specific, often meaningful image in a random or ambiguous visual pattern.”

In other words…you’re seeing things!

But don’t get alarmed, we all do it sometimes. Like when you see faces or animals in clouds, or on buildings, or on cracked sidewalks. Or maybe even in your food or your coffee.

Are you ready to see some really good examples of pareidolia?
