When I was young, there was a cat that would follow me home down my street almost every day.
His name was Fritz and I knew he lived somewhere on my street, I was just never sure which family he belonged to. Fritz would follow me all the way to my front door and then he would stand and stare at me with a look on his face that said, “well, are you gonna invite me in, or what?”
I never did because we had other pets in the house, but my point is that if cats want to make a new friend or get into someone’s home, they’ll do their damndest to get it done. Fritz got pretty close, but it just didn’t happen…
But these cats definitely got inside the houses of complete strangers!
I have a feeling these people might have new, permanent houseguests from this point on.
1. That is now your cat.

4. Swirl was a good kitty.
And he took other kitties in, too!
This is Swirl who was my cat, the kitten is not. He loved kittens and would steal people's kittens and bring them home. He's no longer with us so I miss those days of coming home to a random kitten in the house

This is getting a little bit out of control.
