I know I’m going to cry by the time I get to the end of these photos…

Losing a pet is so tough and after they’re gone, you see little things that remind you of them everywhere you look.

And then there are people who see signs that they truly believe are messages from their late pets, letting them know that they are okay now that they’ve crossed over that Rainbow Bridge.

Check Out These Funny, Dramatic Cats

I was at my sister’s house recently and she decided to put her two cats, Mac and Leo, out on her screened-in porch while we ate dinner because she knew they’d likely jump up on her kitchen counter and try to eat some of the food that was leftover.

While Mac snoozed on a chair in the sunshine, Leo pawed furiously at the door with a look of panic in his eyes because he’d been banished to the porch for about 45 minutes. He didn’t stop crying loudly and scratching for the ENTIRE MEAL.

What’s my point, you ask?

It’s that cats are incredibly DRAMATIC.

And if you have a cat, you already know that, right?

“My House, Not My Cat” Photos Feature Kitties Who Show up in the Houses of Random People

When I was young, there was a cat that would follow me home down my street almost every day.

His name was Fritz and I knew he lived somewhere on my street, I was just never sure which family he belonged to. Fritz would follow me all the way to my front door and then he would stand and stare at me with a look on his face that said, “well, are you gonna invite me in, or what?”

I never did because we had other pets in the house, but my point is that if cats want to make a new friend or get into someone’s home, they’ll do their damndest to get it done. Fritz got pretty close, but it just didn’t happen…

But these cats definitely got inside the houses of complete strangers!

I have a feeling these people might have new, permanent houseguests from this point on.

Cats Think That These Toy Beds for Kids From IKEA Are Meant Just for Them

Hey, that’s mine!

In case you didn’t know it, that’s exactly how a cat’s brain operates.

They do what they want and they take what they want.

The little beds from IKEA you’re about to see in these photos were originally meant for kids to place their dolls in, but these cats decided to swoop in and claim the territory as their own.

And we all know what happens when you try to argue or fight with a cat.

Cats That Are Definitely NOT Helping Finish These Puzzles

Cats are supposed to be helpful, right? Our faithful companions that will always stick by our sides and do whatever we say, right?

Oh, wait, never mind.

I was thinking of dogs.

Cats are actually the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of what I was just talking about.

They like to constantly mess with us and throw our lives into chaos whenever they can.

Have you ever tried to put a puzzle together when your cat was around? I can tell you it’s not a pretty picture…and here’s the proof…

1. The last piece of the puzzle.
