Funny Quarantine Pregnancy Announcements

You might have heard before that a whole lot of babies are born about nine months after certain events: hurricanes, blizzards, and things like that.

Why, you ask?

Because people are trapped inside their houses and they’re GETTING IT ON, that’s why!

So you know that there might be a huge baby boom starting in early 2021 because of the quarantine that is keeping everyone cooped up at home. I mean, what else is there to do besides, well…you know…

I’ve been baking more than cookies lately❤ . . Some may have noticed I kind of have been quiet on here… honestly the first trimester was beyond difficult and I have been nauseous CONSTANTLY (and royal icing was the only thing that made it worse!) ? I am finally feeling myself again! . It has been killing me keeping this a secret from most. Because honestly the journey Keithan and I have been through has been tough. For two years we have tried for baby #2. Between both of us on fertility medicine, doctors telling us it was not possible, and countless negative pregnancy tests, we just did not think it was possible. December 2019, I accepted Raegan would be our only child. She is perfect in every way possible and I didn’t want my lack of conceiving to get in the way of my happiness of what we already had. . . As most of you know, we built a house and moved in January 2020. We spent a few months settling in and working on a lot of home projects and “trying” was far from on our mind. By mid March, Keithan says to me, “hey, when should we start trying again?” As to which I replied, “let’s wait after March, because I don’t want another December baby.” And surprise! I found out I was pregnant a few weeks later… WITH THE SAME DUE DATE AS RAEGAN! . . We are beyond ecstatic and overwhelmed with so much joy and happiness. We feel so blessed ❤

I was the fourth kid out of five born in my family so, while my parents were definitely strict about some stuff, I had it MUCH easier than my older siblings.

Looking back on it, they were probably just tired and worn out by the time myself and my younger brother came around and didn’t want to deal with every single thing they’d already dealt with three times before.

And who can blame them?

But there were definitely a lot of rules and if you broke them, you were in trouble.

People took to Twitter to share the weird rules they had to follow when they were growing up.

Let’s take a look.

1. No gang activity in this house.

This had to have been the early 1990s.

2. Grease is a Satanic film.

And Rizzo was Satan.

3. How am I supposed to read this?

Come on! A little help!

4. A lot of food rules.

Were you allowed to speak?

5. Start over.

Do the whole thing again.

6. I broke my brain!

None of that devil music around here!

7. Never-ending rules.

That must’ve been a huge rule book.

I can think of things that look trashier.
