Cards Against Humanity is the NSFW party card game that just about everybody has played at some point. It’s such a popular choice among many circles of friends that they’ll no doubt want to keep playing even when they’re stuck at home, or far away from each other.

If that’s you, check out this list of ways to get your at-home CAH fix. We’ll start with the official options, then move to some off-brand stuff.

1. Cards Against Humanity Lab

This is more of a one-player experience. It’s CAH’s way of focus-testing their cards, and it’s pretty fun.

Hop on for a few rounds to kill your boredom.

2. Cards Against Humanity Family Edition

If you want to bring the experience home, there’s now a family-friendly version of the game.

The beta can be downloaded and printed absolutely free on their website for a limited time.

3. Playingcards.io

Playingcards.io is quite simply a site where you can play card games with friends online for free! They have several game options, including one that’s very close to Cards Against Humanity called Remote Insensitivity, for which you can easily set up a room to share with your friends.

The site has no chat feature, so you’ll probably want to have your communication app of choice going while you play.

4. Evil Apples

Evil Apples is another CAH-inspired game in the form of a mobile app available for iPhone and Android. You can use this one to play quick games in one sitting or ongoing bouts with groups of friends you check in with throughout the day, similar to a Words With Friends game model.

Retail jobs really suck, just in case you didn’t know that.

Even if you manage to get a good boss, good co-workers, a reasonable wage, and decent hours, there’s still that one unavoidable X factor: the customers. Most of whom are just regular, polite people going about their day. But some of them seem like they were put on this earth specifically to test the limits of how long you can fake a smile while they drive you crazy. Especially if their attitude isn’t just annoying, but hateful. Most of us have had to deal with it at some point.

But who will step up and be the hero Gotham needs? Enter “Steve,” the protagonist of a story posted to r/PettyRevenge:

Now, this is what Petty Revenge is all about.

This is the kind of spiteful action that, while it doesn’t do anybody too much harm, is still the sort of thing you’d hope would be reserved for somebody who truly deserves it.

Most people were team Steve.

Especially if you know what this really entails.

If only we knew his true name.

Of course, is it really revenge if the target can’t put together the cause and effect?

But not everyone thought this was worthy of celebration.

A discussion ensued on whether bad customers were worth keeping.

There was some unpacking of the phrase “the customer is always right.”

It’s a phrase that we’ve really been using all wrong.

Maybe all our retail woes are the result of a bad slogan.

But one thing’s for sure, we’re all at least *a little* in Steve’s corner.

The Christmas movie one of the users mentioned was Miracle on 34th Street, by the way, just in case that was going to bug you for the rest of the day.

Unless you’re in a luxury building with exceptionally sound-proof walls, there’s not much between you and the folks you share a building with.

I’ve got some loud neighbors myself. Hard to get too mad because their taste in music is pretty damn good, but still, they yielded after a couple of polite notes. Not exactly an exciting story, but, probably the approach we need in order to all get along while we’re spending more time at home.
