People Are Sharing Things They’ll Miss About Lockdowns

Guess what, everyone?

The pandemic isn’t over yet! Not even close, in fact…

And, while we’re seeing a lot of people out there ACTING like things have improved, we all need to be smart about wearing a mask, keeping our distance from people, and washing our hands.

Regardless of all those pesky FACTS, people have been tweeting out what they’re going to miss about lockdown…whenever that happens. It’s good to dream, I guess…let’s take a look at what people had to say! Stay safe out there!

This Restaurant in Texas Is Still Putting up Hilarious Signs During the Shutdown

They still got it!

I’m talking about the El Arroyo restaurant in Austin, Texas, a place that has been known for their hilarious signs out in front of their establishment for quite some time now.

And, since we’re obviously living in very strange times, the folks at El Arroyo have adapted their sign game to reflect the current times.

Their signs lately have focused on the pandemic and the shutdown in a very way that no doubt gives their customers and folks passing by a good laugh.

Let’s take a look at what they’ve been up to at the El Arroyo.

1. I don’t think you’re alone on this one.

People really love it! And they have nothing else to do!

Roommates Are Having Stupid Fights During the Shutdown and Here Are the Tweets to Prove It

This current health crisis and lockdown is really taking its toll on people.

And even if you haven’t gotten sick, there’s a chance the people you share your living space with are really getting on your nerves.

Which is totally understandable, considering that we can’t really go anywhere or do anything, right?

And that leads to fights about all kinds of petty issues and squabbles.

Ugh…we just have to deal with it for now, I guess. But at least we can have a few laughs.

People took to Twitter to share the dumbest fights they’ve gotten into during the shutdown with the people they live with.

Let’s take a look.

1. Who knew?!?!

I had no idea!

2. Too quietly?

That’s a first…

3. What were you thinking?

You IDIOT!

4. We need to pinpoint the time.

I’m done messing around!

5. Why? Why? Why?

Enough with all the questions!

6. Please bring me another mug.

This won’t cut it.

7. You blew it.

And the kid knows it!

8. A screaming match.

This is not good…

9. We might all be dead soon.

See what you started?

10. Didn’t end well.

Can you blame her for the laser sounds, though?

11. Too much yogurt.

It’s all you’ll eat for quite a while.

12. Little brat.

I hope he got potatoes all over himself.

13. People are losing their minds.

And here’s the proof.

How are you holding up?

Are your roommates, family members, or partners driving you up the wall?

Tell us all about it in the comments.

We can’t wait to hear from you!

People Share the Ridiculous Fights They’re Having With Their Housemates During Lockdown

Are you losing your mind right now?

Do the walls seem to be closing in, making every day seem it’s not gonna end?

Well, you’re not alone, friends! Because A LOT of people out there have had just about enough of this shutdown. It’s causing them to fight with their roommates, spouses, significant others, and family members about petty, little things that would probably otherwise be overlooked.

Hey, that’s what happens when you spend WAYYYYY too much time with people under the same roof.

Let’s take a look at these tweets from folks who talked about the dumb fights they’ve engaged in with the people they live with during this crazy time.

Enjoy.

1. Oh, boy…

The Burrito Wars of 2020.

2. You gotta fill those babies all the way up.

I hope you learned a lesson.

3. Questioning life.

Let’s start from the beginning.

4. The smoking gun…

I mean…toilet.

5. You did that from the bath?

I have a feeling someone is in trouble.

6. That is crucial.

And it causes a lot of drama.

7. It’s getting ugly…

Don’t touch those!

8. I might need something out of there!

What were you thinking????

9. Pay attention!

You only get one shot!

10. The great milk fight.

A sad state of affairs.

11. Let’s get to the bottom of this.

I’d like to know how this was wrapped up.

12. People are crying.

Over tomato sauce!

Now we want to hear from you!

In the comments, tell us how it’s going in lockdown with the people you live with.

We can’t wait to hear from you!

At least there are some positive things coming out of this awful situation. Like new additions on the way! I guess it’s pretty obvious that these folks HAVE NOT been social distancing. Hey o!

A little Friends reference for good measure.

I’ve been baking more than cookies lately❤ . . Some may have noticed I kind of have been quiet on here… honestly the first trimester was beyond difficult and I have been nauseous CONSTANTLY (and royal icing was the only thing that made it worse!) 🤢 I am finally feeling myself again! . It has been killing me keeping this a secret from most. Because honestly the journey Keithan and I have been through has been tough. For two years we have tried for baby #2. Between both of us on fertility medicine, doctors telling us it was not possible, and countless negative pregnancy tests, we just did not think it was possible. December 2019, I accepted Raegan would be our only child. She is perfect in every way possible and I didn’t want my lack of conceiving to get in the way of my happiness of what we already had. . . As most of you know, we built a house and moved in January 2020. We spent a few months settling in and working on a lot of home projects and “trying” was far from on our mind. By mid March, Keithan says to me, “hey, when should we start trying again?” As to which I replied, “let’s wait after March, because I don’t want another December baby.” And surprise! I found out I was pregnant a few weeks later… WITH THE SAME DUE DATE AS RAEGAN! . . We are beyond ecstatic and overwhelmed with so much joy and happiness. We feel so blessed ❤

Teenager Creates Driveway Drawings to Entertain Little Brother During the Shutdown

Have you been having a hard time keeping your kids entertained during this seemingly never-ending lockdown?

If that’s the case, you might want to look to a 14-year-old girl from Libertyville, Illinois named Macaire Everett for inspiration.

Macaire has been creating unique chalk drawings on her family’s driveway and then her brother “travels” through the art and photos are snapped of the action.

And it all looks like a really great and creative adventure!

Let’s take a look at Macaire’s art.

We think you’ll love it!

1. Be careful on that rope bridge!

Now that looks like an adventure!

2. Spending a little time in Japan.

Get to know the culture!

3. Hot air balloons for as far as the eye can see.

What a sight that would be!

4. Be careful in the ring.

Mess with the bull, you might get the horns.

5. Weeee! That looks like fun!

An amusement park sounds fun right about now.

6. Hold up that tower.

And yes, it’s Pisa, not Pizza, FYI.

7. A rope swing into the water.

Looks like a blast.

8. Sending out a message in a bottle.

I hope he’s not on that island by himself.

9. Living it up in San Francisco!

The city by the bay has a lot to offer.

10. Be careful with that thing!

And don’t get too close!

11. He time travels, too!

Here he is defending the castle.

12. Time to take a dip.

Have a great summer! Hopefully we’ll be back to normal sooner than later.

Aren’t those awesome?

Are you doing anything creative during quarantine?

Amusing Tweets About the Sh*t Show That Is the Reopening Process

I think it’s safe to say that this whole crisis has officially turned into a shit show and has been totally botched by the people in charge.

I’m not going to name any names, but I think you can probably figure that out for yourself.

And now, with all the talk of reopening, some people are venturing out more to restaurants, bars, salons, etc. But a whole helluva lot of folks aren’t ready for that yet because this thing seems to be getting even worse.

Here are some funny posts about what people are really thinking about this whole reopening thing right now…

It’s a joke, right?

10. Not so fast…

Let’s think this over again…

11. Let’s do it!

Our time to shine!

Sounds mixed up, but it really isn’t…
